Ledgerline & Co. (“we”) keeps your information the way we keep your books: carefully, minimally, and never shared without a reason. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you request an intro call, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your tax situation. When you become a client, we receive the financial records needed to do the work — returns, statements, payroll data — through secure upload only.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare and file your returns, to keep your books, and to meet our legal duties as a tax practice. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with marketers.

How we protect it

Client files live in encrypted storage with access limited to your engagement team. Documents are retained for seven years as the law requires, then securely destroyed.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion where the law allows. Write to hello@ledgerline.co and we’ll answer within thirty days.
